Everything is Easy When You Have OK wallet
Cash-in
Go to any OK wallet Agent or any ONE Bank Branch,
Let the Agent / OK Service Manager know the amount you want to Cash-in,
Write down OK Account Number and the Cash-in amount in the Register or OK Deposit Slip,
Pay the amount of money you want to Cash-in,
You will get confirmation SMS from ONE Bank Ltd (16269) of successful Cash-in.
Merchant Payment
Dial *269# from USSD menu or go to OK wallet App,
Choose Merchant Payment,
Scan the QR Code or Enter Merchant A/C number,
Enter the payment amount,
Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm the transaction,
And you will get the confirmation SMS of successful transfer.
Choose operator,
Select Prepaid or Postpaid,
Enter or Select the Phone Number,
Enter the amount you want to recharge,
Enter your PIN,
Press Confirm and your recharge is done.
Dial *269# from USSD menu or go to OK wallet App,
Choose Money Transfer,
Enter recipient’s OK A/C or OBL A/C or Other A/C number,
Enter the amount you wish to send,
Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm the transaction,
And you will get the confirmation SMS of successful transfer.
Dial *269# from USSD menu or go to OK wallet App,
Choose Utility Bill Payment and select the Utility Provider,
Enter the Bill/Fee details and payable amount will appear,
Enter your 4-digit PIN to confirm the transaction,
And you will get the confirmation SMS of successful transfer.
Go to any OK wallet Agent/ OBL Branch/ATM,
Follow Cash-out process for Agent/ OBL Branch/ATM,
And you will get the confirmation SMS of successful transfer.
